The converter runs inside this page. Cut your network after it loads and it still works.

No sign-up, no daily limit, no watermark, no queue behind other people's files. Batch as many TEX files as you like.
Real TXT output
Encoded by pandoc, the same library the command-line tools use — not a renamed extension.
About TEX
LaTeX source
Source for TeX, Donald Knuth's typesetting system from 1978, usually written with LaTeX macros. Compiling the file produces the formatted document. Use it for papers, theses and math-heavy writing, especially submissions to journals and arXiv.
About TXT
Plain text
Text with no fonts, styles or layout, usually encoded as UTF-8 today. Use it when you only need the words, for search, scripts, or pasting without formatting coming along.
