Convert ssa to sbv
Converted on your device. Files never leave this tab.
Nothing is uploaded
The converter runs inside this page. Cut your network after it loads and it still works.
No account, no daily limit
No sign-up, no daily limit, no watermark, no queue behind other people's files. Batch as many SSA files as you like.
Real SBV output
Every cue parsed and rewritten in the target format — not a renamed extension.
About SSA
SubStation Alpha
The original SubStation Alpha script format from the 1990s, with named styles, colors and positioning. ASS replaced it. Convert from SSA to SRT or VTT to play old fansub scripts in current players.
About SBV
YouTube SBV captions
A simple caption format that YouTube's caption editor exports: a start, end timestamp line followed by the cue text. Convert SBV to SRT or VTT to reuse YouTube captions in other players and editors.
