Convert jxl to heif
A browser can't do this one — here is what it can do.
Desktop app only
Nothing that runs in a tab can write heif from jxl. This pair is waiting on the desktop build, which hands the job to the real command-line tools.

JPEG XL
An image format standardized as ISO/IEC 18181 in 2022, with lossy and lossless modes, HDR and alpha. It can repack an existing JPG losslessly into a file about 20 percent smaller. Use it for archiving photos or for apps that support it; browser support is limited, so check before using it on the web.
About HEIF
